Martech costs examples for our standard build and hrs

  • Analysis and set up 50hrs / fee £2250
  • Min monthly ongoing support, maintenance and continual improvement 20 hrs / £900
  • Payments are made online and collected via our payment provider stripe and these can be stopped at any time giving one months notice
  • Additional hrs purchased at £45 per hr in blocks of 4 hrs

How long will it take to implement

  • Set up and analysis is 2 weeks
  • Then the project moves to support and maintenance and continual improvement
  • We use a number of technology solutions which will need to be set up and the costs for these are factored into our set up and monthly fees – these may change depending on your business needs.
  • Some improvements results will be instant positive outcomes
    They will be additional costs per £25 per 1000 contact records over 5000 included
  • We use certain automation software tools that charge based on consumption ad this can produce higher costs subject to workload

What we will need:

  • We need access to all existing analytics
  • We will need any project dependencies cleared in a timely manner so we can complete our work based on our project plan and meet your expectations
  • Customer profiles (B2C and B2B if relevant)
  • Clearly defined existing revenue figures and sources
  • Objective revenue figures and sources either new or increases


  • Where ant client wants to stop the service there is a 1 months notice period
  • Where additional services are required to manage a transition away from our services and platform we would estimate the cost for this on a per-project bases based on our hourly rates and standard SLAs
  • All data in your platforms would be removed
